Agreement

Quotes and pricing
Submitting the quote form is a request, not a contract. Promotional pricing, including advertised flat-rate aeration, applies to standard residential properties in our service area and may be adjusted after we review your lawn size, access, and condition. We will confirm final pricing and scope with you before any work begins.
Scheduling and access
Appointments are subject to availability and weather. You agree to provide safe access to the property, mark or disclose hidden items such as irrigation heads, invisible pet fencing, low-voltage wiring, and septic components, and secure pets during service. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked buried or concealed items.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or estimate. Financing or pay-later options, when offered, are provided by third-party partners and are subject to their approval and terms.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer. We may reschedule service due to weather or safety conditions.
Communications and text messaging
By providing your phone number you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request and services, including through automated systems. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Website content
Site content, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photos may show representative examples of past work; results vary by property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the related service. Lawn and landscape results depend on soil, weather, and ongoing care, and are not guaranteed.
